The Sindh Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (STEVTA), Government of Sindh, has announced new employment opportunities for its Public Private Partnership (PPP) Node. STEVTA is seeking dynamic, qualified, and experienced professionals to fill several Consultant and Support Staff positions on a market-based salary structure.

Eligibility Criteria & Job Details
1. Consultant Technical
- Age Limit: Max 50 Years.
- Qualification: Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Must have experience in PPP projects, feasibility studies, and technical evaluation of TEVT sector institutes. Familiarity with KPIs, M&E frameworks, and TPV is required.
2. Consultant Finance
- Age Limit: Max 50 Years.
- Qualification: CA, ACCA, CFA, CMA, or MBA/MS (Finance).
- Experience: Minimum 08 years of relevant experience. Experience in financial modeling for PPP projects, risk analysis, and financial feasibility is required.
3. Consultant Legal
- Age Limit: Max 50 Years.
- Qualification: LLB / LLM.
- Experience: Minimum 05 years of experience in corporate law, contract management, and legal drafting (RFPs, RFQ, EOI). Knowledge of SPPRA rules is essential.
4. Assistant Manager
- Age Limit: Max 45 Years.
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Economics.
- Experience: Minimum 04 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, and office management. Strong communication skills required.
5. Senior Computer Operator
- Age Limit: Max 40 Years.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of experience in IT/Data management. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
6. Data Entry Operator
- Age Limit: Max 35 Years.
- Qualification: Intermediate (minimum).
- Experience: Minimum 03 years of relevant experience. Good typing speed and computer skills required.
7. Naib Qasid
- Age Limit: Max 35 Years.
- Qualification: Primary Pass (Middle preferred).
- Experience: Relevant work experience in office support duties.
