SECCAP 2025 (XI Admissions in Govt. Colleges)

Guidelines for College Selection & Admission Procedure

Rules and Schedule

• Admission Procedure will be started from 15th June, 2025.
• The last date of forms submission will be 15th July, 2025.
• The Merit List will be issued on 22nd July, 2025.
• The Classes will be started from 05th August, 2025.
• Admissions will be based on Class 9th Result.
• A+ and A Grade students will set the choice to get admission in any college.
• Students with B,C,D and E Grades will have the apply in their concerned zone.
• Students who have failed in more than two subjects are not eligible for Online Admission through SECCAP.
• Students who are declared failed in more than two subjects in the matric exam shall have their admission cancelled for the same academic year.
• The candidates who were previously enrolled in HSSC and wishes to seek admission again in thecurrent year, they will have to cancel their previous enrollment from the concerned board as well as their admission on SECCAP Portal.
• The candidates with a gap exceeding five years are ineligible for admissions.
