Pakistan Marine Academy (PMA), Karachi has officially announced admissions for the 64th Batch of Cadets in Nautical (Deck) and Marine Engineering branches for Session 2026-2027. 📌 Eligibility Criteria:
- Only unmarried male citizens of Pakistan are eligible.
- Maximum age limit: 20 years as on 31 December 2025.
- For FATA / GB / AJK / Balochistan: Age limit is 21 years (1-year relaxation).
🎓 Academic Qualifications:
- F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) or A-Level (with Physics, Chemistry, Math) with minimum 55% marks.
- Students awaiting F.Sc Part II result must attach Hope Certificate signed by principal.
- A-Level students must attach IBCC Equivalence Certificate.
- If a candidate fails to achieve 55% marks after result, he will be disqualified.

- Attach a bank draft / pay order of Rs. 3000 in favor of Pakistan Marine Academy, Karachi.

🧭 Entry Test by NTS:
- Unmarried male citizen of Pakistan.
- Age not more than 20 years on 31st December 2025.
- For FATA / GB / AJK / Balochistan: Age not more than 21 years (1 year age relaxation).
- F.Sc (Pre-Engineering) or A-Level with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics – minimum 55% marks.
- O/A Level students must submit Equivalence Certificate with application form.
- F.Sc/A-Level Part-II appearing candidates with 60% marks in Part-I can apply (Hope Certificate required).
- If final result is below 55%, candidate will be disqualified even after applying with Hope Certificate.

- Send form via Courier Service with a pay order/bank draft of Rs. 4,000 in favor of PMA Karachi.
- Bank: National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), PMA Branch Code: 0239 (P.O./D.D. from any bank acceptable).
- Written Entrance Test in Abbottabad, Gwadar, Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Muzaffarabad, Quetta, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Sukkur.
- Minimum 50% marks required to qualify.
- Medical exam of shortlisted candidates at Army/Navy hospitals.
- Final merit: F.Sc marks, entry test, medical, physical efficiency test (PET), interview.
- 02 Years residential training at PMA.
- Associate Degree in Nautical Science or Marine Engineering (awarded by NED University).
- IMO-recognized Pre-Sea Mandatory Course Certificates.
- Submitting tampered/incomplete certificates or documents.
- Providing false information or concealment in form.
- Expelled or dismissed from academy/training institutes/Govt service including Armed Forces.
- Convicted in criminal cases.
- Diploma Holders (DAE) are not eligible.
- Declared medically unfit by Armed Forces or medical board.
- Color blind candidates are not eligible.
