Key Responsibilities
- Supervision and management of security guards.
- Managing deployment, attendance, and maintaining performance records of guards.
- Ensuring the implementation of security protocols and SOPs.
Eligibility Criteria
- Retired from Armed Forces (NCO) OR Civilian with relevant security experience.
- Note: Commercial security experience is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Guard Management, Contractual Security Procedures, and Local Security Laws.
- Ability to visit other company offices within Karachi.
