BIEK Karachi: New Model Papers & E-Marking System for 2026 Exams
The Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) has issued an important press release regarding the Annual Examinations 2026. Under the directives of Chairman BIEK, Faqeer Muhammad Lakho, new model papers have been introduced to facilitate students for better exam preparation.
- All Major Groups Covered: New model papers have been issued for the Science Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Science General, and Commerce groups.

Introduction of E-Marking & OMR System
To ensure transparency, speed, and high-quality assessment in the examination process, a major technological step has been taken. This year, the crucial Intermediate Part-I science subjects, including Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology, will be conducted and assessed using an E-Marking and OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) system.
