Government of Sindh has officially declared 9th August 2025 (Saturday) as a public holiday throughout the province on account of Urs of Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai (R.A).
This holiday applies to all offices, including:
- Autonomous and Semi-Autonomous Bodies
- Corporations
- Local Councils under administrative control of Government of Sindh
Essential services will remain operational as usual.
The notification was issued on 6th August 2025 by Dr. Muhammad Fakhre Alam Ifran, Chief Secretary Sindh.
