SECCAP Application Procedure

STEP # 1: Application Link

Click on the given link to open the SECCAP online application website.

( Diye gaye link par click karein taake SECCAP ki online application website khul jaye.)

On the homepage, click on “Online Apply” as shown in the image below.

(Homepage par “Online Apply” par click karein, jaise neeche image mein dikhaya gaya hai)

Click on “New Application” on the next page.

(Agla page khulne par “New Application” par click karein.)

Read the instructions carefully, scroll to the bottom, tick the checkbox, and click on “Save and Continue.”

( Hidayatain dhyan se parhein, page ke neeche tak scroll karein, square box mein tick karein, aur “Save and Continue” par click karein. )

Select Passing Class:
- If you appeared in Matric exams in 2025, select Ninth.
  ( Agar aap ne Matric 2025 mein diya hai to “Ninth” select karein. )
- If you appeared before 2025, select Tenth.
  ( Agar aap ne 2025 se pehle Matric diya hai to “Tenth” select karein. )
Passing Year:
- If you appeared in 2025, select 2024.
  ( Agar aap ne 2025 mein exam diya hai to “2024” select karein. )
- Otherwise, select the actual passing year.
  ( Warna wo saal select karein jis mein aap ne Matric pass kiya tha. )
Province: Select the province from where you passed Matric.
( Wo sooba select karein jahan se aap ne Matric pass kiya. )
Board: Choose the education board.
( Apna taleemi board select karein. )
CNIC/B-Form Number: Enter your CNIC or B-Form number.
( Apna CNIC ya B-Form number likhein. )
Enter Ninth Roll Number: Enter your 9th class roll number.
( 9th class ka roll number likhein. )
Enter Tenth Roll Number: Enter your 10th class roll number.
( 10th class ka roll number likhein. )

Click on “Proceed” to continue.
( Aage barhne ke liye “Proceed” par click karein. )

Study Group: Select the group in which you passed Matric.
( Wo group choose karein jisme aap ne Matric kiya tha. )
Subjects: Write the subjects you had.
( Apne subjects likhein. )
Matric Roll Number: Write your Matric roll number.
( Matric ka roll number likhein.
Ninth Total Marks: For example, Karachi Board = 550.
( 9th ke total marks likhein, jaise Karachi Board mein 550 hote hain.
Ninth Obtained Marks: Enter the marks you got in 9th.
( 9th class ke hasil shuda numbers likhein. )
School Name: Enter your school’s name.
( Apne school ka naam likhein. )
Type of School: Select whether your school was private or government.
( Apka school private tha ya government, ye select karein. )

Enter the following details:

Click “Save and Continue.”
( “Save and Continue” par click karein. )

Select Board: Choose the board you want to take admission in.
( Wo board select karein jahan aap admission lena chahte hain. )
- Grades and Zone System:
  - If your grade is A1 or A, all colleges will be available.
    ( Agar aapka grade A1 ya A hai to tamam colleges show honge. )
  - Other grades will be limited to your zone.
    ( B, C, D ya E grade wale sirf apne area ke colleges mein apply kar sakte hain. )
- Zone: Select your area zone.
  ( Apne ilaqay ka zone select karein. )
- Faculty: Select the group you want to apply for (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, etc.).
  ( Wo group select karein jisme aap admission lena chahte hain. )

Based on your grade, relevant colleges will appear.
( A1/A grade walon ke liye tamam colleges, aur doosre grades ke liye zone-wise colleges show honge. )
Watch the college selection video before selecting.
- ( Colleges select karne se pehle ye video zarur dekhein, is me main ne explain kia he k college selection kese hote hain )
Select colleges from the list and click the right arrow.
( List se colleges select kar ke right arrow par click karein. )
Selected colleges will be shown below.
( Neeche selected colleges ki list nazar aayegi. )
Click “Preview.”
( “Preview” par click karein. )

Check your full form carefully.
( Apne form ko dhyan se check karein. )
If there is any mistake, go back and correct it.
( Agar koi ghalti ho to “Back” karke sahi karein. )
If everything is fine, tick the box and click “Submit.”
( Sab kuch theek ho to box tick karein aur “Submit” par click karein. )
You’ll see: “You have applied successfully.”
( Aapke screen par aayega: “You have applied successfully.” )
